Protos Integral Arborist Helmet

The Pfanner Protos Arborist Helmet is an all-in-one PPE solution: helmet, face shield, and ear defenders integrated into one. The Protos helmet can be expanded with safety glasses, face shields, and UV neck protector.

With the Protos, you always have your safety gear with you. When you don't need them, flip the face shield up and slide the ear defenders under the shell. All adjustments are easily done with just two fingers - even in gloves. The Protos helmet has a clamping neck protector, keeping it securely in place no matter what angle you work at.

The Protos is a Type 1, Class C helmet and certified to EN 397 and EN 12492. It protects from vertical but also from horizontal impacts. This results in innovative "all-round-protection" designed to diffuse as much impact as possible in the outer shell. Due to the special cushioning construction (3-point mounting and anti-shock pads) of the interior shell, impacts are effectively absorbed and not transferred to the head or spine.

The Protos now meets the ANSI Z133 standard, with a foam insert in place of the original honeycomb "crashbox.

This item is not compatible with the Sena Tufftalk.
