We have lowered our free shipping threshold to $49!

WesSpur is the home of the original tree gear free shipping offer! We offer free shipping for orders that meet the following:

  • $49 or more before tax
  • Ship-to address within the contiguous USA
  • Standard-size / weight items

WesSpur will choose the most efficient shipping method for Free Shipping orders. We will choose between UPS Ground, Ground Advantage, or USPS. Use the comments box at checkout or tell your sales rep if one method is not available to your address.

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days within the continental USA, does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, and requires a physical address (no P.O. boxes). See map on following page for estimated delivery times in the USA.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1-3 days for delivery. Stump Grinder teeth and Chipper Blades eligible for the free shipping offer are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, in Medium Flat Rate Boxes.

*Oversized & Overweight Items, such as pole saws, 600' reels of rope, and reels of cable are excluded from free shipping. Other items on the order will receive free shipping if they qualify.

**Large items that ship in multiple boxes, such as the GRCS are excluded from free shipping. Other items on the order will receive free shipping if they qualify.

**Alaska & Hawaii are excluded from free shipping, but receive discounted shipping. The best rates are usually USPS Priority Mail.

When will my order ship?

Orders of in-stock items placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Back orders, incorrect shipping or credit card billing information, or custom orders may delay shipping.

WesSpur is closed on weekends and major U.S. holidays (Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, and 4th of July). All orders placed on the weekend or major holidays are shipped on the following working day.

Back-ordered items may delay the shipping of your order up to 48 hours. If the delay is expected to be longer, we will normally ship all in-stock items and send the back-ordered item when it arrives, at no extra shipping fee (within the contiguous U.S.). We will contact you if there is an item on your order which cannot be sent right away.

How long will my order take to arrive?

These are average shipping times by region and shipping method. Please contact us if you need an exact quote.

  • USPS Prioirty Mail: 2-3 business days within the contiguous USA. HI & AK can be longer.
  • UPS Ground to the Pacific NorthWest: 1-2 business days
  • UPS Ground to the SouthWest: 2-3 business days
  • UPS Ground to the West / Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • UPS Ground to the South / East Coast: 5 business days

Please note that only Next Day Air Saturday Delivery will deliver on Saturdays, and that the day the package shipped is not included in these times. Saturdays, Sundays and major Holidays are also not counted in shipping time.

Saturday Delivery is available for Next Day Air packages in some areas, and must be chosen during checkout if an order placed Friday is to arrive Saturday, otherwise Next Day Air packages shipped via Next Day Air on Friday will arrive on Monday.
