Zigzag: popular tree climbing friction device. Provides smooth adjustment and consistent performance thanks to friction links. Incorporates a built-in pulley for slack tending.
Zigzag & Chicane: The Chicane auxiliary friction brake transforms your Zigzag into an efficient SRS climbing tool. The chicane incorpates a handle and tether all in one, for easy advancing of your system.
Zigzag Plus: with built-in swivel, this version of the Zigzag helps eliminate twists in your climbing system.
Petzl Flow Rope is 11.8mm diameter, with a great mix of strength and low stretch. Built as a kernmantle, but handles like a 24-strand. The factory-spliced eye is slim enough to fit through the links in the Zigzag, for easier installation. Your kit comes with a 45m (148')length with a single eye, in your choice of color. Other lengths, or additional eyes can be substitued by request.
Petzl Ok Carabiners are oval shaped which helps keep your climbing system aligned and easy to manage. The ball lock gates give a clear indication when gate is closed and ready to climb on.
A free WesSpur Rope Bag is included in every kit to keep your rope ready to deploy tangle-free at the base of the tree. Will easily fit the 148' rope that comes in the kit, with plenty of room for more climbing gear.
