Professional Pole Saws and Pole Pruners for Tree Trimming

What sets apart a commercial grade pole saw or pole pruner from big box store tools? - Performance, Stability, and Repairability.

Performance will be the first thing you notice. The professional tree trimming tools we sell are a cut way above what you'll find in the big box stores. Our saws have sharper blades, better manufacturing, and will work all day, every day.

Stability is the second thing you'll notice with a WesSpur pole saw or pruner. Big box store tools will use twist-locks, latches, or other gimmicks to telescope the reach of the tool. They work ok until you've used them for a while, then you'll notice slipping, wobble, and other nuisances which will kill productivity. The telescoping pole saws we sell are manufactured with rigid aluminum handles, and positive locks. Fiberglass Poles snap into couplers for a firm lock, and make a rigid tool that keeps your cutting accurate and efficient.

Professional grade pole tools are Repairable, and we stock replacement saw blades, extra extension poles, return springs, and all manner of pole pruner replacement parts. When a big box saw or pruner breaks, you're likely out of luck. They aren't manufactured to last, and often don't have repair parts. When you invest in a commercial grade pole saw or pruner, you have a tool that will last for years with proper maintenance.

Pole Saws are best for pruning larger limbs, upwards of 1 and 1/2". Professional saw blades are manufactured to cut quickly even through larger limbs.

A professional grade pole saw puts great cutting in easy reach. Use from the ground or oven in the tree to extend your reach. Our commercial-grade pole saws which make quick work of limbs. We stock mostly manual pole saws, where the user provides the cutting power. These are fast, quiet, and adjustable in length. Notch telescoping pole saws have rigid aluminum poles which lock securely into place when extended. Fiberglass pole saws are rigid and lightweight, and snap together to extend the cutting system.

Pole Pruners are best for pruning smaller limbs, up to about 1 1/2". The pruner will make quicker work of these smaller branches than a saw, and leave a smooth edge.

Pruning Combos with both saw and pruner on one set of poles give you the best tool for any job. The Sintung pruner head can mount to Notch telescoping pole saws. With fiberglass pole saws, mounting the tools to a quick-change adapter makes it convenient to switch between lopping and sawing quickly.
