RADS Kit (Rapid Ascent And Descent)

RADS (Rapid Ascent/Descent System) kit is a simple stationary rope system which allows easy rope climbing with mechanical advantage. With the Petzl Rig installed, the climber is always ready to switch from ascent to descent by removing the handled ascender. The Rig has an auto-braking function, making it a good choice for new climbers.

This simple SRS / SRT climbing kit is excellent for recreational tree climbing.
