Sterling listened to requests from professional climbers to build a durable hitch cord that is easy to work with in all kinds of weather. The Flex core is made of ultra strong and water-resistant polyester fibers surrounded by a blended Technora/polyester sheath that provides solid abrasion resistance with enough bite to hitch firmly onto ropes.

Purchased in 2017 as a spare

I got this as a spare but have yet to need it as originals are still going strong. It appears well made and I know from experience that the cord will work well and last.
