These lower straps from Buckingham use a hook and loop, velcro-like closure for a custom fit that is quicker than any other spur strap. The cinch on these straps will help you get a tighter fit than you can with regular buckle spur straps. Made from durable 1 3/4” nylon webbing, for increased comfort even when cinched tight, with a split ring for attaching to your spurs.
Quick connect buckles let you conveniently secure the straps, and sport a positive lock color indicator to confirm connection. Fits all climbers with split ring attachment.
Leather gaff guards secure around the climber shank with Velcro, and are long enough to accommodate tree gaffs. Riveted and stitched gaff guards protect your equipment and yourself during transport and storage. Made in the USA.
Gaff guards are important to keep your spikes from getting damaged or damaging other gear in transit. These new magnetic guards stay put with a strong magnet, and are hi-vis green to be easy to spot in the field!

“A great concept, and better than average performance. I use them on my Buckingham gaffs, and they stay on well in my gear bag an while putting them on. Walking around, however, finds them coming off more than is acceptable, especially if the ground is soft and/or wet. I' buy them again only because they are cheap enough, an not worried if I lose one or the pair. 3.75 out 5 stars”

Climber foot plates attach to Buckingham steel spurs to provide a firm and stable platform for you to stand on and relieve aching feet. The set of steel foot plates attaches easily with two bolts that screw the lower portion into the upper. Ridged rubber bottom provides traction.
