This kit comes with all the basic spur climbing gear in our regular Entry Level Spur Climbing Kit, plus 150' of XTC Poseidon. Included Tree Climber's Companion illustrates how to use this rope in a traditional, closed system. This kit expands your options for entering the tree while keeping cost to a minimum.

Note: The rope grab in this kit may temporarily be substituted with a similar U.S. standard rope grab from US Rigging Supply due to a supply shortage of the Climb Right version. The substitute rope grab is nearly identical, though it does contain an external cable.

Buckingham products meet or exceed all relevant OSHA, ANSI, and ASTM specifications
The included saddle is intended for work positioning and not intended for use as a fall-arrest harness
The Wire-core lanyard included should never be used near power lines
The Rock Exotica Pirate carabiner included is double-locking and has a breaking strength of 6,075 lb. (27kN)
Regular inspection of all equipment should be performed by a trained professional
Adherence to the ANSI Z133.1 2006 safety requirements for Arboricultural Operations is highly recommended.
