“ This is a very heavy duty carabiner. They should call it the magnum. It has substantial weight for its size and very impressive loading capabilities. Even cross loaded it is rated for 3600 lbs. Used with a personal lanyard it gives you the weight to toss it pretty high over limbs and come back down. My primary use is rigging. It gives me great confidence. ”
