“I ordered this rope and was so excited to use it, after it arrived i went to use it at work and NONE of my asenders worked with this rope it was consistently slipping and needing to be set. So I figured whatever I can still use it with my knot...and nope it was slipping as well worse then the zig zags were. And I used the 2019 small zigzag and also tried the zig zag plus...but nothing worked now I have no idea what to use it for. This rope is not recommended for professional climbers that climb everyday.”

“I like and use 11mm nylon core Kernmaster. Same rope with less stretch seemed like a good idea. I found that Bit Frost "crept" a couple feet per minute in my 2019 vintage Rope Runner when supporting 185 lbs. I then tried it with a 2018(?) Rope Wrench/Rope Rod combo. The top cam was not providing as much friction as with my Kernmaster. That changed the hitch dynamics: Too tight, too loose, too long, won't tend. I tried 30in 10mm Bee Line, Ice, and several others. Ended up using 28" 10mm Ocean. The hitch was still tighter than I wanted and descents were difficult. Interested in what others have experienced and possible solutions. Unicender? Zigzag? I did like the reduced stretch.”
