“ I recently purchased 3 SMC rings for a adjustable crotch with a pinto pulley. I was glad to see a retrieval device was offered from WesSpur for ground retrieval. On a prusik cord 6mm diameter I eye spliced 2 of the rings on either end for a secondary crotch point. I enjoyed building this small project and found the internet a great resource to help me understand the variations of this system, made possible by SMC aluminum rings. As a beginner I found SMC quality very remarkable and user friendly. I look forward to using this ground retrievable adjustable crotch with my new pinto pulley on my next trimming job with the use of my hand ascender and foot ascender to minimize spikes in the tree.”
