    Last July we donated a portion of every dollar you spent at WesSpur.com to Homes for Our Troops, a fantastic organization which builds or modifies homes for U.S. soldiers who are returning home with life-changing injuries.     New Products Online

    Yale Polydyne rigging line is now available in our rigging ropes section. This heavy-duty, double-braid rigging rope combines a polyester jacket for abrasion resistance with a nylon core for greater energy absorption and strength. Available in 3 diameters in pre-cut lengths, s600’ spools, and by the foot.

    We also have a small update of clearance ropes, with some great pieces in the 100+ foot range. First come, first served.

    Thorogood Lineman's boots are now online in 16” and 10” tops. These boots have some great features for spur climbing, including a raised heel, high top, steel shank, and safety toe, and are available at a very nice price.

    Target Line is a new economy throw line from the makers of the excellent Fling-It throw line. Target Line is 1/8” diamond braid polyethylene line, and is manufactured to be extremely slick to slide easily through the canopy. Target Line is more tightly braided than other economy throw lines such as Slick Line, to reduce snagging. Target Line has a neon orange and yellow striped pattern which really makes it easy to spot in the trees.

    The 2009 Tree Gear catalog will be included with orders placed on our website or by phone, so if you have placed an order, there is no need to request and additional catalog. Otherwise, the catalog can be requested by mail or download on our WesSpur Catalog page.

    More Clearance Rope

Our intention is to make it easier for you to navigate all the different tree gear we carry, and to make more of the menu pages viewable on a smaller screen.

    New Products added

    We've been filling in some gaps in the online store this week, and have added some missing products.


    Clearance Rope Added

    Another batch of clearance rope is up. We have some longer climbing lines, in the 90'-100' range, as well as some 90' + pieces of rigging line, and lots of lengths in the under 50' and 50'-100' category. All lengths of clearance rope are new, just remnants left at the end of reels when we pull bulk rope. All clearance rope is discounted, some up to 15%.

    A brand new batch of clearance rope is up. 21 new pieces of rope were added, from 20 to 116 feet in length. There are a couple good long chunks of climbing line on this one that are bound to go fast.
