Yale Double Esterlon is Double Esterlon is a strong, durable, and low stretch (2% at 10% of breaking strength) double-braid tree rigging line. Double Esterlon is coated with Yale's Tree-Grade Maxijacket urethane for enhanced performance and durability. Double Esterlon has more stretch than some other double-braid rigging lines, giving it increased energy absorption. In the 3/4” size, Double Esterlon is suitable for the removal of large limbs and trunk portions (use a green log weight chart to keep the loads within the WLL).
