The CEclimb is a packaged climbing system form Teufelberger/New England which takes full advantage of the Hitch Climber pulley as the heart of the Hitch Climber climbing system. The CEclimb is a complete doubled rope climbing system which has been extensively tested so that you know all of the components function ideally together. Each CEclimb comes with your chosen length of rope with a Slaice, Hitch Climber pulley, 2 DMM Ovals, and Ocean prusik pre-installed. The whole package feats neatly into the rope bag with backpack straps that it is sold in.
To see what you can do with the Hitch Climber system, check out the first video in the Hitch Climber's Guide to the Canopy series, or download and read the PDF guide on the tabbed links below.

The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) has released the ANSI Z133 safety requirements which apply to arboriculutral operations.
Arborist climbing lines are required to have a minimum breaking strength of 5,400 lb (24 kN) when new, and should be no smaller than 1/2” (12.7mm) unless the employee has been trained in the use of smaller line (down to 7/16” / 11mm), and the line's working elongation should not exceed 7% at 540 lb load.
The ropes in the CEclimb meet ANSI Z133-2012 standards, so long as the user has been trained in the use of smaller diameter lines in the case of Tachyon.
The full ANSI Z133 safety requirements are available on our tree care standards page.
