Kevlar Chainsaw Chaps & Protective Clothing

Chainsaw injuries are costly, dangerous, and all too common. A pair of protective kevlar chaps or chainsaw pants is a must-have for every person running a saw. These chaps are lightweight and have exceptional tear & snag resistance, thanks to Cordura Plus construction. These chaps are 3 times more durable than polyester, 7 times more durable than nylon, and 14 times more durable than cotton. The saw-stopping power in these chaps comes from the extra large, 1440 denier Kevlar strands spaced 3/4” apart in the long weave of the 6- ply chaps. To keep these strands functioning it is important to keep the chaps clean, which is why the chaps are built to repel water, grease, and oil. The chaps are reversible as well, so if one side becomes dirty they can be reversed and worn longer in between washings. These chaps are fully compliant with OSHA logging standards. For the proper fit measure the wearer from belt to top of foot to get “overall length.”

Full Wrap 6 Ply Kevlar Chainsaw Chaps

Full wrap 6 ply chainsaw chaps feature full left sides with the additional protection of an extra flap that wraps around the back of the leg. 1440 denier Kevlar. Oil, water, & grease resistant. Reversible, washable, and durable. 3 lengths available. Chaps are designed to fid to mid-shin.

6 Ply Kevlar Chainsaw Pants

These chainsaw protective pants have identical construction in the safety pads to the chainsaw chaps above, but offer the comfort of regular pants. They have the same saw-stopping power as the chaps; coming from the extra large, 1440 denier Kevlar strands spaced 3/4” apart in the long weave of the 6- ply protective pads. The pants have snapping front waist band for comfortable fit, quality brass zippers, deep back pockets with flaps and bar tacking, and heavy duty bar tacking at all stress points. These pants are fully compliant with OSHA standards.

Chainsaw Safety Boots

8” tall, multi layered 353 Kevlar safety boots have a steel padded safety freedom box toe with a scuff resistant black smooth tip. Constructed of top grain oiled leather with a padded collar, reinforced rivets, cambrelle & foam lining, speed lace grommets and a Matterhorn 1 piece lug sole. They have a heel to heel steel shank and full cushion insole. The “Pole Climber” also features a raised heel and right & left steel shanks. These boots meet ANSI Z41 standards for steel toe and OSHA requirements.

Lumberjack Chainsaw Safety Set
